Keycardly stores the information you enter so it can show you your hotel history. We don't sell your data or show ads.
Your name, email address and password (stored as a secure hash), plus the stays, properties, loyalty program details and notes you add. If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email and profile picture.
To run the app: show your stats, send account emails (verification, password resets, receipts), and handle billing. To place properties on your map, city names are sent to OpenStreetMap's geocoding service.
Payments are processed by Stripe and Link, which act as the seller of record and receive the billing details needed for payment and tax. We never see or store your full card number.
You can export your stays as CSV and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your data from our database.
