Keycardly is a personal tracker for hotel stays and loyalty points. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any hotel company or loyalty program. Elite thresholds and point valuations are estimates; your loyalty program's records are the official source.
The free plan holds up to 10 stays. The monthly ($2/month) and yearly ($20/year) plans renew automatically until you cancel; cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period. Switching from monthly to yearly, or to lifetime, ends the earlier subscription without a prorated refund. The lifetime plan ($100 once) gives access for as long as the service operates.
Purchases are processed by Stripe and its affiliate Link, which act as the seller of record for payments, sales tax and receipts. Their terms apply to the payment itself.
If you're unhappy within 14 days of a purchase, email support@keycardly.com for a refund.
You own the data you enter. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for what you store in your account.
We work to keep the service running and your data backed up, but it's provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
